Believing without Seeing
God’s faith has created something out of nothing. This world is His and is ours; we just need to be good stewards and believe in Him.
I was listening to a song that caught my attention recently about BELIEVERS and was working on word tokenization when I chanced upon a thought to word split BELIEVERS, it goes something like “bel - live - verse”. It is as if God is saying to us to make “Abel” live.
Matthew 13:31 - Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:
If you look at the numbers 13:31 of the chapter and verse you will see a man as if squinting to see God’s kingdom.
Matthew 13:32 - Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.
In here 13:32 looks as if that man plants the seed even if he still cannot see it.
John 20:29 - Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed [are] they that have not seen, and [yet] have believed.
Doesn’t it match the same meaning as what was said in Matthew? But this time 20:29, plants the seed even when we cannot see anything and it becomes 9 or the word of God.
Faith grows, if we cultivate it within the right context. We just need to believe that his kingdom will come again. This is similar to what He has done with this world, He started it from nothing and because He is faithful and believed, now we are here.
