How God Speaks
Do you hear God? Is He in the still, small voice? Maybe He communicated with us already, but we failed to perceive? An interesting take on who God is and how He communicates with us in our daily lives.
Job 33:14 - For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not.
We can often be blind to who God is; we can be blind when He is punishing us or when He is showing us love and compassion. 33 represents our blindness to 1, which is God, and 4, as mentioned before, can be either love or hate.
In my previous post, I mentioned how God communicates through numbers. This can be observed in both date and time, plus most of the time, there is a matching scripture that supplements what is seen. One thing that God is, is that He is patient and would always respond with the same thing even after multiple confirmations as what was seen when Abraham was trying to plead for Sodom and Gomorrah.
Sadly, often times, we cannot perceive things clearly because of our own blind spots. It can be because of different needs or adapting ourselves towards what is in front of us. I would say that God will always prevail at the end of it as He has full control of this world. This is shown twice on the cross as God created Jesus for the main purpose of a covenant with the entire world.
The cross is the true depiction of God’s love represented twice, even thrice. As the entire communication was done first from the Father, and the Spirit, and with complete obedience and faith, the Son followed. They say actions speak louder than words; nothing shows that better than the action of our Triune God.
