Back At My Old Ways
Often times, when we snap back into reality, not all people would be in sync, not all people would believe, and not all people would be curious, especially if the price of certain things is steep. A short prayer for those souls that are in need.
Slowly I drift back to the way I was before,
Though I am refined like a piece of silver ore.
This life that You gave me is a strong foundation,
I will make sure to build something good out of it.
In all of this I will give you my all that it could benefit those around me.
Help me Lord, send me the right people,
Make it so that people would be brought back towards You.
Have mercy on us, we are pitiful and needy of Your spirit,
Renew us into the people who You want us to be,
Cast out any unclean spirit that tries to make us stumble.
But at the same time, help them Lord God,
Allow them to receive a renewed perspective,
One that could bring others joy and peace towards others.
