True Intentions

Keeping true intentions is hard. In a world that does not match His ideals, there would be those that try to grab our hurt. Though it should not make us lose our true heart and intentions.

Oh mighty Father, how beautiful are the eyes that see through me.

Your spirit sways gently as I present myself to You.

Keep me from tainting my heart with the spirit of untruth.

If I did err or cause one to stumble, help me to come to repentance.

Help me surrender this soul to You in its true essence.

Keep me from stumbling and guard me from evil.

Hold my thoughts to things above and a future of truth.

Create space for me in order to bring Your will to fruition; and if I fail,

Lord I pray that You would show Your loving kindness towards me.
