When We Build Upon People
Christ said it best when He mentioned the two greatest commandments. Because building upon others helps us reflect the same mercies and grace that He has given us, upon the brokenness of this world, the best solution would always be to love God and love people. No other way.
Lord, help us trust You when things are out of control.
When time passes as if it were nothing.
I cry out to You, Lord God, because You are still Lord.
Through You, we are comforted; through You, we live yet another day.
Thank You for Your patience with Your children, Lord God,
Upon whom our daily prayers, thoughts, and feelings flow.
Lord, Your love is undeserved, and so, make space for us to be worthy of Your love.
Through knowing You and through faithful worship.
Pour onto our hearts Your mercies, Lord God, that if we fall, we would be able to rise up again.
Let our testimony declare that Your faithfulness never ends.
